Sep 13, 2023NEW: MS-203 Retirement Update
The new retirement date for MS-203: Microsoft 365 Messaging will now be December 29th, 2023.
We understand that the initial retirement date did not support future scheduled deliveries of this course, and we always strive to provide course retirements in a timely manner to allow for appropriate planning.
Please continue to reach out with any questions you may have.
Thank you!
Hola.
¡Gracias!

MS-203 is still listed as a Skilling requirement for the Partner program, but has been retired for nearly a year with no replacement yet as far as I can see. When will Microsoft update their partner skilling requirements so they are actually obtainable?

Hi Skellar --
Tagging DanDonohue who manages the Partner Program to help support your question.
Thank you

Hi skellar ,
You're referencing the larger Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program, and not the Training Services Partner program (clarifying for other who may read this). The Global Partner Solutions (GPS) group at Microsoft is constantly updating these requirements to align with active courses. I'm surprised this one has not been updated. Can you link me to the page where you see this so I can escalate to the appropriate team to fix? Thank you.

Is that the Community Call you are referring to? I don't have time to watch an hour long video; especially if it doesn't cover information that I'm looking for. So what new courses will there be for 2024?
- baumailleBrass ContributorGood news. Do not announce the retirement of a course without giving information on what will be put in place to replace it (new course or recommendation of another existing course).

Hello -- thank you for your feedback!
This post was intended to update fellow TSP's about the retirement extension of this course for the end of the year, but I understand wanting to know a replacement course to support your Learners.
On the TSP Community Calls, including the calls today, MS-203 has been discussed regarding retirement, and that net new courses are coming your way in the new year, to support upcoming retirements! Once we are able to share the courses, I will certainly do so. But I will ensure in future posts to callout what information I do have regarding a replacement course, or if a course retiring will not have one.
Please also check out Microsoft Ignite happening in mid-November, for some great information on what's to come. As well as this blog post: Microsoft Learn: Updates to our training and certification portfolio - Microsoft Community Hub
