Schedule a Meeting Using Copilot in Outlook

Hello Copilot Community!

I'm excited to share a fantastic feature that will make scheduling meetings a breeze: "Schedule a Meeting Using Copilot in Outlook"

How to Use:

  1. Open Outlook 
  2. Invoke Copilot by clicking on the Copilot icon.
  3. Enter the details of your meeting, including participants and preferred time slots.
  4. Let Copilot do the rest: It will suggest the best times, check everyone's availability, and send out the invites.

    Can this feature provide a selection of available meeting time suggestions?

    Thank you for the suggestion! However, I encountered some challenges while trying the same approach:

    • Copilot's suggestion: It proposed January 12th as a good meeting day, as I already have two meetings planned with the people I’m trying to connect with.
    • My response: When I mentioned that Sunday is not my preferred day for meetings, the system responded by highlighting that January 12th, 2024, offers several options.
    • Further clarification: I explained that meetings are better scheduled in the future, as a reply CP indicated that January 12th, 2025, doesn’t allow for meetings.

    It seems there’s some room for improvement in the process.
