Hi. Are you the organizer of the meeting you are trying to record? If so check with your M365 Admin team becausae maybe your record/transcript capability was inadvertently turned off.
We've recently encountered an issue where transcription stopped working for recurring Teams meetings. Meeting organizers, all with Microsoft 365 Copilot licenses, are affected. Recording and Transcription is still enabled in Meeting Options, and nothing has changed on our end.We've used both the Transcription and Copilot Meeting Recap features for some time without issue. This seems to have started after recent Microsoft updates, possibly related to Copilot changes.
Has anyone found a confirmed solution, or is there official guidance from Microsoft on updating existing meeting settings to restore transcription functionality?
