M365 Copilot Mood Assessment Feature
The Microsoft Support page linked below mentions suggests this prompt: What was the mood of the meeting? I have recorded/transcribed meetings and when I use this prompt I get the following response from Copilot: "I cannot provide an assessment of the mood of the meeting. However, I can provide factual information about the discussions and decisions made during the meeting. If you have any specific questions about the meeting content, please let me know!" I am curious to know should the mood assessment feature be available to everyone or is this still in dev/preview. I asked Copilot and it referred to me ask this forum to find out more, as well as the Microsoft roadmap site and didn't see anything there. Am I missing anything? Thank you! Since several days the transcriptions in Team meetings are not working, not available. Copilot Service Status is healthy. Basic solutions as clearing the cache is a no solution. Multiple Copilot licensed users have this problem. Other users with this problem? Raising a ticket, with problem that 1st line support doesn't know what and where to troubleshoot? Grtz Gino
How to disable the option "Only during the meeting" (formerly Without transcription) tenant-wide?
Testing on MS Teams calls has shown that the option "Only during the meeting" (which used to be called "Without transcription") results in some parties not being informed they are being "listened to" by M365 Copilot. These parties include anyone joining from a tenant that is different to the hosting tenant, those that dial in and any joiners from an iOS device. This is unethical so we'd like to turn off the "Only during the meeting" tenant-wide. How can we do this?
