Lost my courses and level progress on my learn profile
Does anyone know how I can contact Microsoft about my learn account?
I tried to log on using my work laptop and my profile has been reset back to 0.
I've lost all of my achievements and learning path progress.
I've had a look around for support but can't find anything that will help.
- Did you get any help with this or did you find somewhere to ask for support? I have encountered something similar. When I was about to log in to Learn, I was prompted to create a new profile. Which I did and the new one is reset. However, the link to Certifications works. When I try to go to the old profile, it says it has been deleted. But I haven't deleted it.

I just had the same thing happen to me. If anyone knows how to get in touch with MS support please let us know.
- Sounds scary, would hate to lose all that. I did notice that I've lost my practice tests history. Seems like something is going on.
