Lost my courses and level progress on my learn profile

Does anyone know how I can contact Microsoft about my learn account?

 

I tried to log on using my work laptop and my profile has been reset back to 0.

 

I've lost all of my achievements and learning path progress.

 

I've had a look around for support but can't find anything that will help.

    Did you get any help with this or did you find somewhere to ask for support? I have encountered something similar. When I was about to log in to Learn, I was prompted to create a new profile. Which I did and the new one is reset. However, the link to Certifications works. When I try to go to the old profile, it says it has been deleted. But I haven't deleted it.

    lesson number one always have a sorry meted funny it's like every were you advice clients to have a back up but you for get your self till the moment is there and you think by your self ........ you go on Chapo and greetings from holland . from mister smartass (that's me )

      I just had the same thing happen to me.  If anyone knows how to get in touch with MS support please let us know.

    Sounds scary, would hate to lose all that. I did notice that I've lost my practice tests history. Seems like something is going on.
