Best Practice for Student Accounts

Hello, I am trying to find information on best practices for student accounts for underage students.  My organization is in Higher Education and uses Teams for staff, faculty, as well as students over eighteen.  In addition, we run some outreach programs for students that are not enrolled at the school, who are considered minors. 

We would like to use Teams to allow our staff to coordinate program activities with these students, but at the same time prevent the students from interacting with "regular" students (over eighteen) as well as staff, faculty, etc.

Is there a standard profile to setup for these types of accounts?
