Change how Teams room name appears to other attendees
Can anyone advise if it is possible for the name of the Teams Room to show as something other than the display name set?
For instance, say that the meeting room is called 'Meeting Room 1' but we would like it to show up as just 'Organisation Name' to other people joining the meeting.
Would this be possible without actually changing the name of the room, as the staff book the rooms through Outlook and we can't have them all be called by just the organisation name.
Michaelkennett Too bad no answer yet. It would be a nice feature to assign a temporary name during a meeting.
