- Thijs LecomteBronze ContributorIntegrate Teams notifications with focus assistant! Not cool getting notifications when presenting 😞
- Brian1650Copper ContributorI like teams but also swag! My tip: send office 365 service health alerts to teams using a flow
- Thomas_CollierCopper ContributorBest Tip: use the techcommunity forum for the best tips and tricks 😇 now give me that jacket 😋

Laurie Pottmeyer : HI Laurie. I have a team where I group and organize my information concerning presales and projects. I have a channel for each lead. I send relevant emails to the channels email. All attachments (yes I know) are stored automatically in the channel's files tab under a folder "email messages". email messages are partly visible in the conversation tab and also saved in the email messages folder. Quite convenient to find all relevant info quickly. I also teach this to my customers during workshops and Teams/O365 user adoption sessions.
thx for the great talk.
Best regards,
Carlo

Oh yeah. I delete the email from Outlook after sending it to a Team channel.
- Steve HernouIron ContributorKeep tabs on what's important by pinning channels is probably even bigger from productivity standpoint than private channels
- JeroenPetersCopper ContributorNice we have a listening ear of MSFT in our community 👍

- JeroenPetersCopper ContributorMake a #swag update for polycom (android) devices. Because customers who buy a video conf room now ar a little worried
- alexanderv_Copper ContributorTip: you can use the Windows 10 emoji keyboard (press Windows key + period) to sent emojis in Teams on Windows
- Jef VleugelsBrass ContributorUse MCOPSTN5 license (120 minutes domestic calling plan) for starting with voice in Teams. It also pools the minutes for all the users you assign this license (not with other calling plans!)
