Hi Laurie,Not really a tip but there was a post of someone who found a way to add an OWA (EXO) mailbox into Teams and the post was subsequently removed. I didn’t get a chance to actually read it.We were already speculating that there would be an announcement at Ignite but alas. Is there any way to do this still or would this be something in the pipeline?Thanks!Bart

Laurie Pottmeyer : HI Laurie. I have a team where I group and organize my information concerning presales and projects. I have a channel for each lead. I send relevant emails to the channels email. All attachments (yes I know) are stored automatically in the channel's files tab under a folder "email messages". email messages are partly visible in the conversation tab and also saved in the email messages folder. Quite convenient to find all relevant info quickly. I also teach this to my customers during workshops and Teams/O365 user adoption sessions.

  Oh yeah. I delete the email from Outlook after sending it to a Team channel.

Keep tabs on what's important by pinning channels is probably even bigger from productivity standpoint than private channels

Use MCOPSTN5 license (120 minutes domestic calling plan) for starting with voice in Teams. It also pools the minutes for all the users you assign this license (not with other calling plans!)
