Microsoft teams user analytics custom dates

Hi team, Just wondering if there is a way to get Teams analytics on a custom dates range?
I know we can get trends currently for 7, 30, 90 or 180 days.
But I would like to generate a report for a particular time period, for example:  for the Month of December (31 days).  Is there a way to action this ? Thanks

    Dear Team,

I have a similar query. It is vital for Teams owners to get analytics data from the creation date of Teams to check the level of user engagement. Myself and other academic members at our University feeling disappointed not being able to

Hope such a feature can be facilitated as soon as in Teams.

    Best Regards, Hamza

    Hi Sachee_Karunaratna,

Microsoft Teams allows you to view analytics trends for 7, 30, 90, or 180 days.
There isn’t a built-in feature to generate a report for a custom date range.

For call history and meetings, you could use Office 365 eDiscovery to retrieve and export data for a specific date range.
Get started with eDiscovery (Premium) | Microsoft Learn
Export documents from a review set in eDiscovery (Premium) | Microsoft Learn

You can also post a feature request on Microsoft Feedback Portal:
    Microsoft Teams · Community

or you can give feedback directly from Microsoft Teams by clicking on ... > Help > Give Feedback

Please click Mark as Best Response & Like if my post helped you to solve your issue.
This will help others to find the correct solution easily. It also closes the item.

      Hi Sachee_Karunaratna,

I am aware that there are a number of third party apps in the app store that can provide in depth analytics on teams usage, try searching analytics in the apps store and see what's available?

      Regards
      Andi
