99 TopicsQueue App - historical agent information
We have recently introduced Teams Queue application , it works well but doesn't seem to provide the same information for historical reporting than real time. As an example: We are able to see the number of calls presented to each agent within the group as it happens (today), It shows us all the presented, the number answered, abandoned or timed out in real time, to ensure the correct number of resource is aligned this is essential. It doesn't however, show this data historically, to see an overall number of calls answered, abandoned or timed out per agent for a specific date period. The historical data only seems to provides generic information for the call queue as a whole, not the agents opted in, even when extracted into an excel report. Is there a way to get this data historically ? or is it just not yet available. Without, we are reliant on daily Screen pics of agent impact, which is not very good! (It is also not available within the PowerBI reporting, only calls answered are documented here)161Views0likes6CommentsWhich Teams to remove?
I had 3 types of Teams installed, I'm experiencing issues and confusion, so I want to get rid of the unneccesary bulk. Already removed Teams "personal". Now I have these two left. Classic is nearing end of life, right? So I assume the other one is the "new" Teams which I should keep? The dates shown here confuse me though. Did "classic" receive a recent update, while "Teams" did not? I work with both a private and changing business accounts (from clients I work for). Hi team, Just wondering if there is a way to get Teams analytics on a custom dates range? I know we can get trends currently for 7, 30, 90 or 180 days. But I would like to generate a report for a particular time period, for example: for the Month of December (31 days). Is there a way to action this ? Thanks1.2KViews1like3CommentsAllow group based channel sharing - e.g. everyone
I've always wondered about having a tenant-wide "get in touch" channel for our team, so that colleagues outside our team can chat with the team directly without having to get membership/invited. It seems silly that teams aren't encouraged to talk to each other. This could be achieved by creating a shared channel, and sharing it with the "everyone" group (or another group / team). This would then appear in everyone's teams/channel list without needing to follow an invite process. Having to add members individually to each tenant-wide channel is just too much administrative overhead. Having a user-badge to identify "official" in-team members in a conversation would be useful (although most people know each other). Is there any way of doing this, or is this simply not possible?12Views0likes0CommentsJoin TechCon 365 Seattle for in depth training on Microsoft Teams

This is annoying me hugely. In email signatures people most commonly do their phone number like so. +44 (0)1560555555 My instance of teams decides that i just want the brackets removing and tries to dial +4401560555555. This fails, then I have paste again, then delete the 0 manually. Is there a setting where the auto complete of teams can be changed?2.3KViews0likes4CommentsTeams Email/Conversations
Hi. Recently, 3 weeks or so ago, we lost the ability to access Team email boxes from Conversations in SharePoint. In the past, we were able to open the email box from conversations but now when we do so, we are redirected to our own OWA mailbox and then to Groups. The Teams M365 Groups don't show up in that view. The only Groups that show up are O365 Groups or O365 Groups that were converted to Teams. We are extremely frustrated because we use these inboxes to receive emails from guests and other external users and it is impeding progress amongst our teams. Is anyone else experiencing this? We have a ticket open with MS but so far have not reached a resolution. Thanks!51Views1like3CommentsTeams annotations interact with background
Hi so I've been talking to some of my team about the collaborative annotation features in teams and there's one thing that's stumped us. When you turn on annotation mode this popup appears: The only problem is that there is no button anywhere to "interact with background"? Based on this blog post the feature was supposed to have been rolled out by mid-August, so what are we missing? Version is 1.6.00.22378 for what it's worth. Cheers!4.8KViews4likes6CommentsTeams Feedback for Meeting Recordings
Good Morning, Unfortunately, GCC Tenant users still can't post feedback through the feedback portal, so I am using this forum to post a suggestion for an improvement to teams. One gap I see is related to Teams recording notification, that I think is probably a universal challenge for most government Departments and Agencies and other sectors as well. Please see the suggestion below. Can you please add a feature to Teams that verbally tells users who join a Teams meeting via Teams or via the phone that "The meeting is being recorded," which will help with the blind attendees who can't see meeting recording icon or for the attendees that miss the icon all together. Additionally, since some people who are unfamiliar with Teams miss the meeting recording icon in the top right-hand corner and for the deaf attendees if there is an onscreen pop-up that says "Meeting is being recorded," which they would need to click "Ok" to affirm that they are okay with joining the meeting that is being recorded. Additionally, I suggest that when the meeting recording feature is turned on when you are in a meeting you have the option of doing an onscreen modal prompt that hides a majority of what is displayed until the click on the "Ok" button similar to when joining above. Just like when they join a meeting, I would also suggest that Teams does a verbal prompt telling the attendee, "Meeting is being recorded" for the attendees who are already in a meeting as well. If they do add this feature to the meeting then I would recommend that they could still centrally manage it through the Admin console to have it automatically be turned on for the whole domain, be self-managed by the organizer or have an option to have it disabled be default if that is what the admin elects to do. Thanks in advance for your consideration, Jim24Views0likes0CommentsSeperate retention times for meeting recording and transcript?
Dear all, as a user (not an admin) I was told from IT, that the global data retention time for recordings and transcripts is set to 60 days and that they cannot change it separately. I'm using the transcipt with Copilot now for every meeting but as recordings and transcripts are deleted after 60 days, Copilot completely loses his purpose, because it cannot access transcripts older than 60 days. Is there a way that you can set different retention times for recordings and transcripts? Best, Christian231Views0likes0Comments
