Which Teams to remove?

I had 3 types of Teams installed, I'm experiencing issues and confusion, so I want to get rid of the unneccesary bulk.

Already removed Teams "personal".

Now I have these two left. Classic is nearing end of life, right? So I assume the other one is the "new" Teams which I should keep?

The dates shown here confuse me though. Did "classic" receive a recent update, while "Teams" did not? 

I work with both a private and changing business accounts (from clients I work for).
