Nearby in chat @mentions
Does anyone know what exactly the option "Nearby in chat @mentions" does? It's one option under Notifications and activity > Chats and channels > @Mentions.
I understand all the other options available, but this one I cannot seem to make sense of. I couldn't find any sort of documentation about it either. Please help 😅
Just a guess, but they have been adding more hybrid work capabilities to a number of systems to differentiate between virtual and in-person users, so there is definitely a physical presence component they are bolstering.
Would make sense if I wanted to prioritize messages from people who are physically nearby.
