Promoting user to Co-Organizer after a meeting starts

I would like to know if there is a way, or a way to suggest a feature to promote a presenter (or attendee) to a Co-Organizer once a meeting starts. It appears there is no way to do this (only a way to move an attendee to presenter, or a presenter to attendee).

Though foresight would be best, there are cases in which a non-delegated attendee may need to be set to be a co-organizer, to then work to control break out rooms, etc. 

If anyone knows a way it would be much appreciated.

Please Note: I do not need to know how to set a co-organizer BEFORE a meeting. That is already understood. Thank you 🙂
