Report On Microphone Devices

This might be a big ask. Is there a way to run a report on Microphone/Speaker devices being used in all calls. I'm trying to see how many of what headsets people are using or if there are using the build in microphone/speaker.

I went to a call session and downloaded the report (excel) and found this :

caller_audio_MediaLine_Description_CaptureDev_Name  --- "Poly BT600"

I would like to see all the devices used.

I have been trying to figure it out but nothing seems to work. Maybe PowerShell or API or something.

Any help is much appreciated.
