Request an Open shift
We plan to use Shifts within Teams for the IT Service Desk and so far everything looks good. The only, but big, problem is that if a user requests an open shift the approver has no clue for what kind of request he should approve or deny.
This is the screen of the approver (without any hint what this request is for).
If the users sends requests for vacation, sick, holiday, these kind of stuff the approver sees the title too.
I don't know if it's a setup or technical problem or if this is a bug which should be solved.
