    They appear to accomplish the same thing, but in my experience the Reset is the only option that is truly a one-spot fix.

    Before New Teams, clearing the cache was the only option. The Reset process is quicker, smoother, and easier. Especially when working with remote workers who can do this process themselves.

      Thank you very much.

      But is "Resetting" only clearing the cache or deleting personal settings (like Audioconfiguration etc.)
      Also a problem is that we would need to run it with SCCM if that is possible.
