TEAMS - how to make calls stop ringing on mobile but continue on desktop phone

_BH21_ You can find these in the notification settings in the mobile app. The "When active on desktop" and "When in meetings" are the options you're looking for.

HelloBenTeohthis does not work for me. The "When active on desktop" option is set on my mobile app. Still calls are coming trough, although I am active on my desktop. I deleted the app and installed it new - no change. Do you have an idea where the problem is?
Hey katharina75 sorry - the only other thing I could think of is checking if you've manually set your 'presence' but that's the setting that should work. But that should technically work.
Another option would be to use your phone settings. For example, Apple users can use Focus modes to mute notifications from certain apps at different times of the day. It's probably not the solution you're looking for but it may help.
