Customer Insights - Environments

Question

Dear all, we have a customer that is currently using D365 Marketing attach license and has two more non-production environments with the SKU D365 Marketing additional non-prod applications. However, they will need to transition to the new SKUs for Customer Insights. Do you know how many environments are included in the Customer Insights license? Our customer needs 1 prod and 2 non-prod environments running. We see that the additional non-prod SKU is not available in the new pricelists anymore so we are not sure if the Customer Insights includes more than 1 test environment.

Per pg.29 of the D365 LG,&nbsp;Customer Insights is licensed per tenant and includes entitlements to install both the Customer Insights - Journeys and Customer Insights - Data applications in up to four different environments.
&nbsp;
Also,&nbsp;you can easily switch any environment from sandbox to production, or production to sandbox, at any time. The Customer Insights - Journeys app doesn't limit this standard platform operation.&nbsp;
