Bridge to Cloud Promo query
If a customer has already ordered regular licenses through Enterprise Agreement, but decided to go with CSP and use B2C promo, is it possible to order B2C through CSP? Or the requirement for customer is to not have any D365 licenses on their tenant? One of the requirement in the B2C FAQ is - customer must not have previously purchased the same online product via legacy CSP or NCE. It doesn't mention anything about EA.D365 - Operations Activity license
Does Ops activity license cover all needed operations for a warehouse employee including the usage of the warehouse application or is the full user license type needed? In more detail, can a warehouse employee receive, store, move, assemble, count (inventory check), pick and ship items with this license type? Looking for confirmation specially around assembly.
Business Central Tenant Migration During Bridge to Cloud Campaign
Hello, I have a question regarding a customer who is migrating from NAV On-Prem to Business Central Cloud. They are part of a larger corporate group and are likely to undergo a tenant migration. Typically, this wouldn't be an issue, but they are currently in a "Bridge to Cloud" campaign. Is it possible to migrate the tenant while being part of this campaign, or are there any limitations we should be aware of? Thank you in advance for your insights!
Adding additional Dynamics on-prem licenses via Dual Use Rights - Minimum Purchase
If a customer would like to add additional Dynamics on-prem licenses via NCE and Dual Use Rights, is the minimum purchase according to the product terms still mandatory? Example: A customer has 25 Dynamics AX 2012 R3 Enterprise on-prem users and wants to purchase additional users via Dynamics 365 Finance (Software as a Service) with Dual Use Rights and Downgrade Rights. Must the customer meet the minimum purchase of 20 users also for the additional users?Price increase D365 Sandboxes - did I miss something?
Dear all last week, we received this mail regarding a tier 5 Sandbox and its pricing: I know about the upcoming price update as from October 1 but a) it is not October yet and b) this SKU was not announced to be increased at all. One of our customers, who is still on Dynamics CRM 2016 on-premise and does not want to migrate at this moment, wants to buy additional users. Customer has CRM 2016 Professional CALs. According to our information the additional users have to be licensed via Dynamics 365 Sales (Software as a Service) via Dual Use Rights and Downgrade Rights. Question: Are Dynamics 365 Sales Professional licenses sufficient or must the customer purchase Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise licenses for the additional users?Price increase October - what will we get?
Dear community - and hopefully also Microsoft employees we are facing the price increase in October and do still not know, what prices we (our customers) our going to get. I have checked the October preview price list this morning but did only find a few SKUs in there. Am I missing something? Here is an overview of the "to-us-relevant" SKUs. Highlighted the ones I have found in the preview. Any other way to find correct information? Be aware this is Swiss Francs - so "your" currency/price will probably be slightly different. Also quite funny that the percentages of the increase varies quite a bit - I'll keep my sarcastic comments for me now... any input/help would be very much appreciated since we would like to tell our customers, whats going on... cheers Daniel
