I created a work item that has a required multi-select field. When I pull up the work item in Edge, I can see that the field is a required muti-select field. However, when the user opens the work item, the field is not required. We are both using the Edge browser. Has anyone had this problem?124Views1like2CommentsMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Blueprint Survey Opportunity

Last summer, I watched the webinar on the launch of D365 Customer Insight (https://learning.eventbuilder.com/event/76690). In the webinar, they showed the slide about the transitional offer for the existing customers that they could renew their existing D365 Marketing subscription till September 1, 2025. Not only EA but also CSP customers. However, I was reading this Learn page which explains that "This renewal must be made during the transitional offer window that will run through September 1, 2024". https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-insights/journeys/ci-faq#general This would effect to some of our customers. Did Microsoft change the schedule or is "2025" just a typo? In fact, the renewal status of one of our customers' subscription is "auto renews on" which means that the subscription will be renewed automatically on the renewal date. If SKUs are not available after current contract is expired, the status should be "expired on", shouldn't it? As long as I see. the transitional offer is available until 2015 but I need the confirmation.SolvedDynamics 365 Business Central on-premises availability for customers with enhancement plan
Microsoft announced that Dynamics 365 Business Central on-premises will only be available until March 31th of 2025. However, one of our Dynamics NAV customers with an active enhancement plan would like to upgrade to the newest version of Dynamics 365 Business Central on-premises at a later date, probably not until beginning of 2026. Will it be possible to make the transition for this customer from Dynamics NAV to Dynamics 365 Business Central on-premises in 2026?SolvedAI-Based Matching of D365 F&O Product Attributes with External Data
In Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, every product has specific attributes (specifications) associated with it. In our case, each product is a cable item, we have a set of attributes like: Conductor: Steel Wired Armour Diameter: 10mm Colour: Blue, Green, Yellow Etc. The challenge arises when we need to match these product attributes with another set of attributes that are retrieved from external documents. Since the attribute values in the documents and D365 F&O might not exactly match (e.g., slight variations in how they are written or formatted), querying the D365 F&O database directly isn’t a viable solution. The values may be similar but not identical. Since direct querying of the D365 F&O database isn't feasible for exact matching, we rely on AI to perform more flexible and intelligent matching. Our Objective: To find the most relevant products in D365 F&O by comparing the attributes from the documents with the product attributes stored in D365 F&O. Possible Approach: We’re considering the following approach and would love feedback on its feasibility or suggestions for improvement: Extract the product details and attributes from D365 F&O. Store these records in an Azure database. Use AI (through platforms like AI Foundry) to analyse and match the document-based attributes with the product attributes stored in Azure. Would this approach—using AI Foundry, exporting the data to an Azure database, and applying AI methods to find the most relevant product—be feasible? Or are there better alternatives to consider? We’d greatly appreciate any suggestions or alternative methods that may help with this task!19Views0likes0CommentsTwo MS partners supporting one customer, but only one gets recognition for MAU growth !!
Hi community, I was very surprised to learn that for the given scenario below, a MS partner will get not any recognition for deployment and MAU growth. This was confirmed by MS Partner Support. Do you have similar experiences? Ralf Scenario: 1. Customer C has two MS partners: partner p1 provisions all licences, partner p2 deployed the D365 CE solution and provides ongoing enhancements and BAU support. 2. The license agreement is CSP (not EA!) Recognition of each partner's work: 1. Partner p1 gets recognition for Net Customer Add (CSP) and for MAU growth (that's ok) 2. Partner p2 gets no recognition at all, neither for deployment nor for MAY growth (surprise, surprise) In other words: The work partner p2 is doing to drive adoption and growth is not viable from a partner's membership perspective; partner p2 should consider handing over the work to another partner.910Views0likes6CommentsBridge to Cloud Promo query
If a customer has already ordered regular licenses through Enterprise Agreement, but decided to go with CSP and use B2C promo, is it possible to order B2C through CSP? Or the requirement for customer is to not have any D365 licenses on their tenant? One of the requirement in the B2C FAQ is - customer must not have previously purchased the same online product via legacy CSP or NCE. It doesn't mention anything about EA.70Views0likes3Comments
