Document Sharing Limitations with OneDrive

I wonder if there is a limitation to the number of recipients that a OneDrive document can be shared with, as I experienced the attached error warning when trying to send an email to 28 recipients. The message disappears if I change the permissions to 'anyone in the organisation.....'.
