I'm having the exact same issue, I'm having the latest iOS and also the latest OneDrive, I've seen some replies mentioning that the feature has been removed from the latest OneDrive!
No issues here. I removed onedrive ages ago, rebooted and reinstalled.
Been sweet ever since bar the crashes onedrive has every now and again.
- I have reset the account, luckily it worked with me also
