Good Day I have my director that can't log into his Onedrive. It keeps asking for a passcode but I don't get one smsed or get one on the Microsoft authenticator or on recovery email. I have also ...
Does he have a work account and personal account with the same email address? Had something similar happen to me and found out you can use your work email to create a personal OneDrive.
