Add shared mailbox contacts to the new outlook for windows

Late to the party here, but searching for it, I found your answer on the roadmap. Looks like it will be rolling out in July 2024. In the meantime, I use both new and classic Outlook.

And now it says June 2025; lack of this feature will make me go back to the old Outlook and delay recommending others in or organization switch. Sad to see it has been promised but not delivered for well over a year.
DylanLVI Where did you find that so I can keep up on when they will add this?
What's the best work around?
- There really is no workout around, save for opening up Old Outlook (you can have both open at the same time). The link to his screen shot was posted up top by SFwell
- Thanks. I saw that, but did not see any details of what that might fix and if it included 'contacts'
