Calendar renders incorrectly

The calendar renders incorrectly on laptop screen upon the following conditions:

- display scaling is set to >100% on laptop screen (150% recommended by Windows)

- external monitor is connected

- shared calender is opened

- occurs only the first time calendar is accessed when Outlook is opened

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Could this be related to OLE issues also seen when embedding excel sheets in word (another problem which I experience)?
