How to block a sender on new Outlook
I went to the official Microsoft help website to see how I can block a sender on new Outlook. For some reason, the settings displayed on the help website are not the same settings I see in my Outlook app.
You have a couple of ways to block an email.
Method 1: Select the email. From the Ribbon, choose the Block drop-down
Method 2: You can also navigate to the Settings for Junk Email.
View Settings | Mail | Junk Email
Click on the + Add icon,
- Add the full email address

#traccreations4e 5/22/2024- There is no block drop-down on my side. The option "Junk E-Mail" does not exist in my Mail settings.
