I came across a solution on a Microsoft Answers forum
- Open meeting > Tracking Tab > Click "Copy Status to Clipboard"
- Paste into Excel > Select data > Home Tab >Styles Group > Format as table > click "My table has headers"
- Use filter arrows to organise data
