New Outlook Saving all Attachments
Some of our users have switched to New Outlook and when saving "All Attachments" of 2 or more files they are saved in a zip file and causing issues for users having to unzip before they can interact ...
The above explained behaviour is not only for saving more than one file in Outlook. I just experienced the same behaviour in downloading several documents to my computer from sharepoint.
