Rule to only show 3rd email received with same subject
When a report fails, I receive an email notifying me that it failed. The reports will retry twice so I then receive a second and third email. The report doesn’t fully fail until the third email which is when I actually need to take action. Most often a second or third email is never received but with hundreds of reports it would be nice to only receive the third email on my inbox to remove some noise and make it easier to highlight when I need to take action.
All three emails will be from the same sender, with the same subject, and received within 60 minutes of each other. I’d love the first two emails to move to a different folder and the third email stay in my inbox. I’ve spent a lot of time trying to configure a rule for this but no luck. Any tips?
The built-in rules cannot cover such scenario, you have to look for an add-in. Though it's probably best to address this at the source, and have the notification sent only on the final failure.

Thank you for the response. I started with attempting to address this at the source but unfortunately that isn’t an option either.
