Broken Benefits
As a Solution Partner in good standing,
One of the "benefits" is Microsoft Product Support,
In fact, when our clients have issues only questions submitted here will get answered.
Problem is, the instructions say:
While steps 1 and 2 are easy, when trying to accomplish step three, for a benefit in which we are entitled, we get this when going to the customer page.
Can someone please explain to me HOW I'm supposed to add my customer to get support? This seems like a clear breach of benefits.
To pre-answer some your questions: I'm a global admin on this domain, I have all partner administration roles assigned to me.

They are aware of the issue and working on a fix.

It would be useful if this lack of functionality made it's way to other MSFT internal resources. We are being denied support from other channels with resources telling us "we can't help you until you submit the request on your end."

Great to hear, but we're offered no alternative to reach the same support route on behalf of our clients. Quite damaging from a reputation perspective.
