Hi Milan / Matt,
Did either of you manage to get to bottom of your suspension notice in the end? We've also just been sent an e-mail about this and have had no help or support from Microsoft on this just yet.
I'm unclear as to why or what has gone wrong and what if anything we can fix to prevent the suspension. It seems that it's being sent out to lots of other people too though.
Did you manage to get your suspension resolved, or even manage to get through to Microsoft at all in the end?
Thanks,
Andy

Aug 29, 2024I would suggest submitting a support ticket and maybe they can give you more info?

I don't know about everyone else, but I just received this notice, and it states (to your point JillArmour)
Please be advised that our support teams will not be able to provide any additional information regarding this notice. Any support tickets raised will receive a response reiterating this stance. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.

We're a couple of months on from losing our CSP partnership and still no wiser as to reasons why, so my personal feedback on this is if you're in this same boat, not to expect anything back from Microsoft as they just shut the doors on you and you hear nothing else. The CSP agreement will terminate in the partner portal and that's it, you're stuck waiting until the 12 month reapply timeout expires and you try again.
It wouldn't be so bad if we all knew what had gone wrong, and if it's something that we'd inadvertently done I'd happily take the slap on the wrists and correct whatever it is, but there's just no feedback whatsoever unfortunately, which doesn't bode well if you want to try and reapply again in 12 months as the same could just as likely happen again.
Partner managers are not available to smaller companies so we weren't able to ask that way to try and get more info, so I'm hesitant to suggest next steps. I'm convinced this is just a way to reduce the number of partners they have so they can reduce headcount, that's the only explanation I can come up with right now without any feedback.
I honestly wish I could give you more insight as to what's coming, as it has such potential to derail companies, I just hope the process isn't too painful or stress-inducing for you over the holiday period.
