Unfortunately no - we never got any feedback from Microsoft, and after the notice period the partnership was killed off. I'm still non-the-wiser as to what happened.

This is unfortunate, knowing this I’m trying to understand what this translates to.
Was there any disruption to services / benefit or memberships etc? We recently renewed our MAPS (Action Pack) subscription and this email followed shortly thereafter. Knowing this would help me determine if we need to relocate current services etc. Much appreciated.
