We have been Trying to get the bottom of this form months, Its holding up 4 Google to O365 Migrations, I'm keeping all future customers on Google, We have opened over 20 tickets and just the same reply: Neither party is required to offer an explanation for the decision to terminate the partner agreement. As Microsoft is exercising its rights under this section 4.b of the Microsoft AI Cloud Program Agreement, we are unable to share an explanation or further details.
Everyone says to open a case with support but they do nothing. I've Reached out to PAX8 still nothing. I'm going to start using my credit card for customer billing and keep customers on G-Suite as long as I can. No used of using MS for any future business.
