I am having the same issue, but worse the app doesn't let me try more times, my account was locked
Also, I put a ticket 4 days ago... And when I open the ticket detail, that shows an error.
Looks like the Microsoft Partner Center is full of bugs everywhere.
Any of you know another way to communicate with them or all is IA that always reject all the documents?
