I've been trying to sign up for the Windows developer program but the address associated to my DUNS number cannot be verified by Microsoft. I also can't enter a different address manually because the button doesn't do anything, please see attached screenshot. This won't let me move past the Company Information page. The address is correct, the company is registered there. I also can't file a support ticket because I don't have a workspace to attache the ticket to. This whole process seems to be broken. How do I proceed?Error message: unable to validate your 'Create new GDAP relationship'
In Partner Center I want to create an admin relationship request for a certain customer. As you can see below I receive an error message when I clicked on 'finalize request'. I tried to create a request on different times of the day and even my colleague doesn't managed to finalize the request because she also receives the same message. Hello I am experiencing a persistent issue with the Employment Verification process in the Microsoft Partner and Reseller programs. When attempting to resolve the issue by clicking “Fix Now” after a rejected verification, I am continuously redirected back to the Identity Verification step. Even after completing the identity verification, I am sent back to Employment Verification, only to be rejected again. This creates a loop, and every time I click “Fix Now,” I am not given the option to upload any documents, but instead, I am redirected to the previous step, making it impossible to proceed. This issue has been ongoing for 50 days, and I have contacted Microsoft Support many times. Unfortunately, I continue to receive the same generic responses, asking for the same documents to be uploaded. After submitting them, there is no further follow-up, and the issue remains unresolved. It seems as though I am receiving automated responses without any real resolution. What adds to the frustration is the contradiction in the process: The exact same documents I submitted for Developer Verification, which were successfully processed and authorized, are being rejected for the Partner and Reseller programs, despite being identical in every way. Given the significant impact this issue is having on my business, I am reaching out to the community for assistance. Has anyone else encountered a similar problem, or is there any guidance on how to resolve this? Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and support.582Views3likes26CommentsCan't pass Employment Verification phase
Cant pass Employment Verification phase. "This application is insufficient for the requirements of the program." We have provided a Cloudflare domain invoice that includes the domain name, exact company name, my name, exact company address, and it is dated within the last 12 months. I have used the "Fix Now" option multiple times and exhausted all attempts. After that, I have been going back and forth with a real person for weeks, but their responses seem to be generic and often incomplete email templates. The last time I tried, I put together what I thought was the ultimate helpful email, laying out all the required information in the clearest way possible. I attached three documents with all the requested details and even more supporting information. After waiting a week, I received a response that simply said: "This application is insufficient for the requirements of the program." I never received any further information or assistance in any of the previous emails, and I am completely in the dark. I have read multiple posts in the community, and it seems like many people are facing the same issue. Is there any actual solution to this, or should I just give up now? I have tried with several accounts and lost a few hundred dollars in the process. I also read that they do not even refund non-verified accounts. It feels like outright fraud. I need help. Should I have any hope, or is this a lost cause?Endless Issue with Employment Verification in Microsoft Partner Program
Hi Microsoft, I have been stuck for weeks in my verification... I made that process before and was be able to upload my app, but now to make updates I need to verify again... The platform is locked for multiple tries and now I am in real trouble. Also, 3 days ago I put a ticket but when I go to detail of the ticket, I see this issue.. I found Partner Microsoft painful, I don't understand what's the standard quality in the company but nothing works... There is someone who can give me a hand and help me validate my information manually. I can send all the documentation that you need, my company is a self-propership register in Ontario, Canada... I am the only employee, my app is Boxvy and I am distributing it using the Microsoft Store. Please, someone here that may help me..... Thanks...Unable to create Partner Center account
Let me start by saying that there are multiple threads on this issue, but the responses I've seen have not helped me to resolve this issue. I've exhausted all of my options at this point. I am attempting to create a partner center account. I'm based in the United States, and after submitting a valid D-U-N-S and EIN and the required information, I receive this error: Microsoft runs on trust. We engage in a rigorous set of evaluation and certification processes; as a result your request was blocked. If you require further information please reach out to Microsoft support with reference number: {Reference Number} and transaction ID: {Transaction ID}. It is not possible to contact Partner Center support or create a support ticket in the partner center as is recommended on other threads and on the Microsoft documentation. When you attempt to create a support ticket, the "Workspace" is a required field, but no options are available because the original error takes place prior to being able to create a workspace. I want to reiterate - it is not possible to contact Partner Center support or create a support ticket to resolve this issue.SolvedIssue in registration process
Hi, I am trying to register my organization for a partnership (Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program). Goal is to become a "Solution Partner for Data & AI". During the process I get the following error: {"code":2100,"description":"A legal entity matching the request payload already exists when creating the legal entity.","data":[],"source":"PartnerAccountEnrollmentApi"} From my current understanding there is no existing partnership registration for my company. Can you please advice on this? Best, CarstenIn a bind with our partner status and need help!!!
I have an issue that partner support is not helping with. We suddenly have an issue with our partner account and we cannot get anyone to help us resolve it. Maybe someone here can help. Here is the issue. In September, in order to resell Azure from our distribution partner, We had to accept an indirect reseller invite from them. We already had a different type of agreement between us and MSFT support said we needed suspend the original and then we could accept the new reseller invite, which we did. Once that was complete we were able to create the Azure subscription for our customer and have since moved their entire datacenter to Azure. In late January they wanted to start purchasing reservations in Azure so I jumped on the distributors website and tried to purchase the sku to enable reservations and I received an error. The distributor support said I had to update something in out MSFT partner profile which I immediately did. Once updated and verified I tried to purchase the same sku and once again received the error. Distributor support asked me to open a case with MSFT and they said our partner account had to be reactivated and they transferred the case to another team. That team then closed the case and said they could not activate the partner account because of a change in mid-September (assuming when we suspended the old relationship with the distributor to establish the new relationship) and would no longer respond to emails. We have opened 5 cases since then and they close the case and give us a boiler plate answer saying they cannot help us. We have been a MSFT partner since 2018 and have never had an issue. We have not done anything that goes against the partner agreement. I have tried to contact a number of people trying to resolve this but cannot get through to a live MSFT support person. Can anyone help us or tell us how they worked through an issue like this? We are preparing to move more customers to Azure but we cannot until this is resolved.Appeal Microsoft Partner Center Vetting Process
I joined the Microsoft Partner program two days ago. They took my payment, but immediately put me through the rigorous vetting process nitpicking at every little detail, putting me on the Employment verification stage. No mater what document I provided to prove I own my company and my domain - invoice for my domain purchase, proof of my company's status and ownership via my country's company registry - I kept getting rejected for one bleak reason or another.. Finally I ran out of "tries" to the vetting process??? Something that was mentioned absolutely nowhere and there is absolutely no way for me to try and continue with it. I simply got an email saying that I have 30 days to fix the issues or my account will be terminated and yet - no matter of how to approach this issue was mentioned... I created a support ticket explaining the situation and asking for an appeal. I can see my support ticket, but when I click on it - I am met with this amazing message: "There was a problem retrieving the support request details." Can someone advice me how to process from here or should I just wait for the 30 days to pass and HOPE to get my money back for Microsoft wasting my time with vague bureaucracy?SolvedEmployment verification problem
The "Fix Now" button is not functioning as intended, or at least not as demonstrated in the guide provided in your documentation. The side-screen for Account Verification does not appear after clicking the "Fix Now" button, contrary to the example shown in the article at this link: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/enroll/verification-responses. Instead, the "Fix Now" button merely restarts the verification process, which repeatedly fails without offering any specific details about the issue. This is a persistent problem that requires Microsoft's attention, as there have been numerous similar reports. If i do not fix this i will lose my subscription. I've already opened the ticket.134Views3likes5Comments
