Ongoing Issue with Employment Verification in Microsoft Partner Program

It looks like not only I am facing this issue but tons of members are facing the same as I am....tried all the ways and submitted all the required documents but still stuck at "Employment verification".
Does anyone have experience reaching support or does anyone have a partner support contact no? I never came across this type of support for partners from an internationally reputed firm.

Community ManagerI know the system is not working well for alot of partners. The best course of action is to submit support tickets and make sure your paperwork is acceptable. Make sure your registered your business name EXACTLY as is it listed on your domain paperwork. It cannot expire within two months from todays date and it must be issued within the last 12 months.
