Syntex Failing
Starting around 10PM EST last night all my files stopped getting processed by Syntex. All show "Failed". With the error: "The applied models can't process this type of file"
These are all PDF and Excel files. Nothing new there. I suspect it is related to the general O365 issue on the Health Portal.

We has the same issue last week, though all OK today. I don't have an issue with things not working at times, but lack of communication or useful error frustrates users and support staff. Lot of time wasted here, some more info would be super helpful Microsoft :)

We are experiencing the same issue, Syntex suddenly showing "Failed" with the error "The applied models can't process this type of file".

Same thing in my tenant.

Same thing in our tenant. We have a support ticket in. I cant support to reply to us. Also was reassured nothing is wrong with the service when we reported it for ad advisory. Still no advisory from Microsoft. My org is about ready to pull the plug on Syntex. We invested big in it and up until these last few months, it has been great.
