    Hi, were can I find this? In Microsoft Admin or in SharePoint admin?

      This was part of Azure portal , but now this can be activated via Microsoft Admin , under setup , click on Activate pay-as-you-go services. (This needs to have a valid Azure Subscription)

        However, were you ever able to create a free form model? I have done all of the above, but I still can't seem to get the free form model to work, only the prebuilt. MS Support is nowhere to be found if we do not purchase their support services...
