    calvinwong With recent Windows 10 builds (21H1/21H2) I have not experienced the problem anymore.

      thx bro noted, I did a clean install yesterday and install Windows 11 on dev 22593, the issues are coming back there, the same error code, troubleshoot like above still failed ...
