Different between 26100 & 26120?

What is the different between 26100 & 26120?

    This Enablement Package can be uninstalled to return it to 26100, and you can unenrol from Insider builds in Settings > Windows Update > Windows Insider Programme.

    26100.xxxx is the general (non-Insider) version of 24H2 Anything above 26100... is an Insider build.
