File explorer "see more" tab always opens upwards 24H2

it seems to be a usability bug in the Windows Insider Preview build 1862 (24H2). I can give some suggestions at this point.

Resize the Window:

• As you've noted, dragging the File Explorer window down temporarily fixes the issue, but this is inconvenient.
• If the menu consistently opens upward, keeping the window positioned away from the top edge of the screen might be the only current workaround.

Check for Updates:

• This issue might already be identified and fixed in a newer build. Ensure you have the latest updates for the Windows Insider Preview:
• Go to Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates.

Restart Explorer:

Sometimes, restarting the File Explorer process can resolve temporary UI glitches:

• Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc).
• Find and restart the Windows Explorer process.

Use Keyboard Shortcuts:

ıf the menu is inaccessible:

• Press Alt to focus the File Explorer menu.
• Use arrow keys to navigate to the desired option.
