File explorer "see more" tab always opens upwards 24H2

It looks like a UI bug in Windows 24H2 Insider RP build 1882. The "See more" menu opening upwards and becoming inaccessible when the window is at the top suggests a positioning issue. The black bar appearing when dragging could be a rendering glitch. Since it's happening on all your PCs, it's likely a system-wide bug. You might want to report it via the Feedback Hub and check for updates or fixes in future builds. Meanwhile, as a workaround, try resizing or repositioning the window before clicking the menu.

That bug has been reported for months in the Feedback Hub and Microsoft didn't do anything to fix it yet.
The bug was introduced by a useless experimental fix. [51960011] (FileExplorerTabLineFix).
Disabling that failing fix, eliminates the problem. Microsoft is just ignoring the FBH reports. 😝🤬
