Internet consumption too high

Sir I am a part of windows insider program dev channel....I don't know what happened but from Today my laptop started consuming massive amount of internet data ! Mukesh Ambani gives me per day 2gb and it's consuming all my data ! I stopped all sources of data consumption even I stopped windows update from service options ,I desable windows update and everywhere I stopped then also it's sucking ... please sir help me out! Yesterday I didn't faced any issues but I open my laptop 1hr ago and it's .....😭😭😭😭
