Items are not moved to archive, Exchange Online
Hi, A customer of ours have enabled archive on one of their mailboxes, but mails older than 2 years are not moved to the archive. I thought that the default MRM policy, which have "Default 2 years move to archive" would do this after archiving is set on the mailbox? Have I missed something?
