How to create and deploy conversational bots in minutes with Copilot Studio In this session, you will learn the basics of creating a virtual agent, or a chatbot, for your nonprofit website or app. You will see how to use Copilot Studio, a low code solution, to design, build, and deploy a virtual agent that can answer common questions, provide information, and guide users to your nonprofit services and resources. You will also learn how to use Microsoft tools to enhance your chatbot with natural language understanding, personality, and empathy.
