Restrict all type of content copy and paste from clipboard/windows 10 in to Microsoft team desktop
we have already achieved blocking of copying data/chat/file outside MS team (E.g. users cannot copy a chat from MS team in to a word file on local windows 10 laptop/desktop). But our requirement is to block copy, cut and paste of any data/content in to MS teams from local windows 10 (we dont want selective block by DLP rules and defined keywords e.g. PCI DSS etc.). Example user should not be able to copy any data from a word file in local machine or any copied content in clipboard and paste it in to MS team. Please support how we can achieve this, we dont want DLP based data restriction of pasting data in MS teams.Restriction should be a blanket one. Client does not need keyword specific documents/content like credit cards, company name etc to blocked from pasting in MS teams. We want complete block of copy paste and cut functionality for all content whether it is sensitive or non-sensitive. Please note our above issue is for windows 10 devices laptop and desktop. Further we have achieved blocking of files sharing as well and restrict copying of data/files outside MS team via session policy and file sharing blocks. Thanks in advance for your support. Voicemail not showing up on Microsoft Teams
Hi Everyone Hoping to get some help with this. We are just starting to role out Microsoft Team as phone system. We have Exchange Online, Microsoft Team with 365 Phone system and are using Direct routing. On certain users if voicemail is left, they get notification on their email and on the Microsoft Team Activity notification but when you go to voicemail tab under Call. Its blank. I'm myself is not having this issue. Just want to see if anyone else have any idea what route cause is.
How to sign in to microsoft team without auto switching account?
When I sign in to Microsoft team, it auto switch to my other account. How to disable that auto switching and go to team of my login account? How to delete that other account of me? Microsoft have too many product that make link to other, some year ago it take me days to change password of skype, then I have to create account for live, hotmail..... for some product (or forum, I didn't remember) Now I try using team and it detect that I have more than 1 account, and auto switch to one of my account that I can not even login to delete it???
Add-TeamUser vs. Add-UnifiedGroupLinks
Is there a recommendation for assigning Team Owners via PowerShell? It seems like Add-UnifiedGroupLinks was the original approach, but since the Teams PS module release, Add-TeamUser does the same, just in reverse order (Team -> Group). Hey everyone! I'm looking for a way to open a link from an excel documents to a desktop software. As you can see on the screenshot: - I have an excel documents with a link inside it - This link is going to a document in a teams folder. It's a pdf documents. I want teams to open this link automatically with acrobat reader. Is there a way to do it ? I don't want to download it on my computer. Thank you in advance, Best,
