Hi all When I share my screen in meetings it involves using a browser i.e. I`m presenting things using google chrome. I get a bar asking me to change my screen size/settings etc on teams. It's frustrating because I have to click away or wait a moment. Is there a way to stop this from appearing?? thanks!Solved439KViews52likes133CommentsLive Captions in 'Call' and 'when presenting'
Hi, Is there a way for captions to be displayed when calling one person direct? Also when in a meeting and it's my turn to present, the captions disappear as I'm presenting. Is there a way for the captions to still show so I can understand questions when they come through from attendees? It's life-changing having captions, although I feel they're still quite restricted. During a digital knowledge café that was organised last Thursday (3th June 2021), we experienced technical problems with Teams. A collegue shared the presentation as organiser. If one of the participants entered the meeting with camera on or turned the camera on during the meeting, this person would appear full screen on everyone's screen and it was no longer possible to see the presentation. The colleague had to stop sharing and then share the presentation again. This happened about 8 times! Now another colleague tells me that the same problem occurred today at another meeting in another department. Are more people experiencing this problem? And is this a bug or a simple fix?Solved1.3KViews0likes1CommentBug: Auto-set status to 'do not disturb' when on a conference call & presenting on secondary monitor
Hello, in Skype for Business there is a different behaviour in my status while presenting depending on if I present on primary or secondary monitor. In 99% of the cases I am presenting the secondary monitor. In this case my status doesn't automatically change to "Do not disturb". If I present my primary monitor the status changes automatically to "Do not disturb" which suppresses any disturbing call or message coming in while presenting. I do not understand why there should be a difference in auto-setting my status depending on the type of screen which I am presenting... IMHO status only depends on whether I present or not - independent from the screen. Is this a known issue and any hint if there is a fix coming soon? Thanks for your ideas. Note: I am asking for the auto-set option, of course I can each and every time set it manually - this is not what I want to do, especially as there is an automatic option available - just not working correctly.1.8KViews0likes0Comments
