We need to be able to become a LAR (large Account Reseller) or a LSP (License Software Provider), to be able to help our end-customers sign EAs and SCEs (VL-agreements) with Microsoft. In that process, it seems that we need to have a Partner Development Manager. Any guidance into achieving our goal to be able to help our end customers sign EAs and SCEs (VL-agreements) would be greatly appreciated. Microsoft Surface Commercial has expanded channel access to allow all resellers in the United States and Canada to purchase the full Surface for Business portfolio of devices and accessories (excluding Protection Plans) from authorized distributors through December 31, 2023. Resellers are no longer required to become a Surface Authorized Partner in order to sell Surface devices and accessories to customers. Learn more
