Add shared mailbox contacts to the new outlook for windows
In my organization, we use a shared mailbox to share a public address book. Is there a way to add it to the new Outlook for Windows? I can see the shared mailbox correctly under ‘Mail -> Shared with Me’, but there’s nothing about shared mailboxes in the ‘People’ tab. I have also tried to manually add the shared mailbox as a standalone account, but it just loads indefinitely after I type in the address Outlook client version: 20231006004.16 Windows 11, build 22621.2428
How to automate outlook Generic Mailbox handover to Next person in a team?
May I know if we could automate Generic Mailbox handover to Next person in a team in outlook? For example, if a person handles the emails during a certain time period from 7 am to 10am and the next person handles from 10am to 1pm and so on....I need to know if we could automate the mailbox handover to the next person when a certain person's time comes to an end? If it is possible please share the steps to do so or if there is any other alternative option to make this task easier...
