I want to decommission our Skype On-Prem (2015) servers and cleanup AD from the RTC delegations and groups (RTC* and CS*). I've been following the guide: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/skypeforbusiness/hybrid/decommission-remove-on-prem However, when doing step 1 of "Prepare to remove the Skype for Business deployment" and run the commands, the command Get-CsAudioTestServiceApplication returns an object. In step 2 there is no corresponding Remove-cmdlet, so we tried disabling it with the Set-cmdlet. Moving on to "Remove your on-premises Skype for Business deployment", when getting to step 3 I run "Publish-CsTopology -FinalizeUninstall" but gets the following error. Publish-CsTopology : Command execution failed: Cannot publish topology changes. Users or contacts are still homed on a pool that would be deleted. Move or remove the users or contacts before continuing. To find those objects, execute the following cmdLets: Get-CsUser, Get-CsExUmContact, Get-CsCommonAreaPhone, Get-CsAnalogDevice, Get-CsRgsWorkflow, Get-CsDialInConferencingAccessNumber, Get-CsAudioTestServiceApplication, Get-CsTrustedApplicationEndpoint, Get-CsPersistentChatEndpoint." So I'm guessing we need to get rid of that Audio Test Service Application, anyone got any ideas how to do that? I can't find anything for it in the GUI either. The main objective is to clean up any remnents in AD, the entire Skype environment will be removed and all servers decommissioned. I'm guessing that the Disable-CsAdDomain and Disable-CsAdForest cmdlets does this somewhat. Team, On Premises Skype business server 2015 , was working perfectly since last two weeks users are getting sign-out ( all users almost same time) with error message " Please signout at another location and try again you have reached the maximum number of computers or devices allowed " . We are having S4B front end and Edge And ISS Reverse Proxy. all running in Win 12 R2. During this period there is no specific changes in System. Good morning all, I was wondering if anyone can help me or point me in right direct to how to create a remote session to skype for business management shell. Currently I am writing a script that creating Ad user, then remoting to exchange management shell to enable mailboxs and then skype management shell to enable Cs user but for some reason their nothing online about removing to skype management shell. Hello, We have a sip-domain "contoso.com" on-premise and our students have "students.contoso.com" sip-domain located in SfB Online only. Just tried to setup Skype For Business On-premise 2015 to a hybrid with Office365. Everything worked except federation/presence status from cloud domain (students.contoso.com) to on-premise domain. After I ran a debug I encountered this error: "ms-diagnostics: 1017; reason="Cannot route From and To domains in this combination"; summary="Domain type analysis indicates that the ms-split-domain-info header in the message is the wrong type”" Which pointed me to the MS article here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/skypeforbusiness/troubleshoot/hybrid-im-presence/sfb-online-users-cant-im So my question to you guys, to get this working from what I understand I need to take "students.contoso.com" in public facing certificates on my on-premise edge and I also need to point federation DNS records to this domain on-premise. But what about other DNS records? Should this domain be a part of my topology? How much work do I need to do internal with simple urls, dns, certificates and so on. All our users in this domain will still contain Online. I struggled to find this scenario exactly online. Skype for business 2015 doesn't search contacts and groups with both business essentials and business premium licence on 4 PC with windows 7. In the others PC there isn't any trouble. We have an issue with Skype for Business 2015. It is continually opening on top of other applications, and whilst we are working in other applications. We could simply be writing an e-mail or creating/editing a document, Skype continually pops up over what you are doing. Opening programs, the same happens. Hello All, we have recently configured this broadcast feature. Broadcast feature works like charm. we are in hybrid and all users were onprem. I have couple of question. 1. is there is any way we can find out how many users were watching this broadcast ? i can download reports after the broadcast. is there is any way we can watch it real time. 2. We are trying to get some report on the calls. regarding call quality and attendees sessionès quality, duration and which device they have used to connect. 3. is there is any way can we monitor the call quality in real time. when i generate call list report, i can see logs for the organizer, presenter and moderator. I dont see any info for the attendees. When i tried to generate the user activity report for the attendees. there is no info about the calls. Any help will be appreciated.
